In order to continually improve our patient experience, we sometimes need to make changes to bring you the best services and tools to participate in your patient care. Effective June 30, our current Patient Portal will be turned off to make way for a new portal.
The new portal will be through Follow My Health. If you currently use Follow My Health with another doctor's office (usually your primary care physician), you will be able to link our office to your existing Follow My Health username and will not need to create a new account. This eliminates the need for multiple portal accounts with different offices, and you are already familiar with the ease of navigation of Follow My Health.
If you have an account with our existing portal, your username and password will not be valid on the new portal. You will need to create a new account with Follow My Health.
We anticipate the new portal being live no later than mid-August and hope to have it active sooner than that to minimize the time our patients are unable to communicate with us and view their patient records.
In the interim, if you have questions for your doctor, require refills or copies of prescriptions, or need to schedule an appointment, please call the office at 610-384-9100. General questions can also be emailed to us using the Contact Us form. Please do not send personal health information through this link as it is not a secure means of communication like a Portal Secure Message would be.
